Start from the center of Keren, near the Keren Market. Head south on the main road (Asmera-Keren Road) for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by local shops and small eateries along the way. Continue walking until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take a left at the junction onto a smaller road that leads towards Halhal. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the surrounding hills and landscape. After walking for about 15-20 minutes, you will reach the outskirts of Halhal. Galay is located just beyond the town in a more rural area, approximately 500 meters from the main road.
