If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Alutaguse. Take the E20 highway heading south towards Tallinn. Continue on E20 for approximately 80 kilometers. As you approach Tallinn, follow the signs for 'Tallinn center' (Kesklinn). Once in the city, take the exit for Pirita tee. Follow Pirita tee for about 6 kilometers. The Rusalka Memorial will be on your right at Pirita tee 1, 10127 Tallinn. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of parking regulations.
