From the center of Haapsalu, head south on Rüütli Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the promenade along the bay. Continue along the path that leads you through the park area, keeping the beach in sight. As you approach Paralepa beach, you will see signs indicating the entrance to the beach area.
