If you are in the center of Haapsalu, start by heading towards the main street, Karja Street. Walk east along Karja Street until you reach the intersection with Tallinna Street. Turn left onto Tallinna Street and continue straight. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Stay on Tallinna Street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Raudtee Street. The Railway and Communications Museum will be located on your right at Raudtee 2, just a few minutes' walk from the roundabout.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Haapsalu city center. Ride east along Karja Street, then turn left onto Tallinna Street. Continue riding straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Raudtee Street. The Railway and Communications Museum will be on your right at Raudtee 2. Parking for bicycles is available near the entrance.
