If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Harju County, begin by navigating towards Tallinn city center. Follow the E263 highway towards Tallinn. Once you approach the city, take the exit toward Tartu mnt/A1 and continue on Tartu mnt. After about 3 km, merge onto Gonsiori street, which will lead you directly into the city center. Look for signs directing you to Raekoja plats, which is located in the Kesklinn borough. There is limited parking around the square, so be prepared to park in a nearby parking facility, which may cost around €2-€4 per hour.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus or tram from various locations in Harju County to Tallinn city center. If you're starting from an outer area, the number 2 bus heading to 'Tallinn, Balti Jaam' is a convenient choice. Once you arrive at Balti Jaam, exit the bus and follow the signs to the old town. Raekoja plats is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Alternatively, you can take tram number 1 or 3 to 'Tallinn, Kaupmäe' and walk towards the old town. The total cost for public transport is about €1.60 for a single ticket.
