If you are already in Tallinn Old Town, the best way to reach Hellemann Tower is by walking. Start at the Town Hall Square (Raekoja Plats), a central point in Old Town. From the Town Hall, head east along Pikk Street until you reach the intersection with Müürivahe Street. Turn left onto Müürivahe Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Hellemann Tower on your right at Müürivahe 48. The tower is part of the medieval town wall and is easily recognizable.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi to Hellemann Tower. Taxis are readily available in Tallinn Old Town. Just ask the driver to take you to Müürivahe 48. The ride should take around 5 minutes, depending on traffic, and will typically cost around €5-€10.
