From the Town Hall, head east along Pikk Street until you reach the intersection with Müürivahe Street. Turn left onto Müürivahe Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Hellemann Tower on your right at Müürivahe 48. The tower is part of the medieval town wall and is easily recognizable.
