If you are starting from the Kuressaare City Center, head east along Tallinna Street until you reach the intersection with Pikk Street. Turn left onto Pikk Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the T-junction, turn right onto Rüütli Street. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Garnisoni Street. Take the first exit onto Garnisoni Street. After about 200 meters, you will see Keskaja Elamuskeskus/Medieval Activity Centre/Archebald on your left at Garnisoni 24.
