From Pärnu city center, head to the Pärnu Bus Station (Pärnu Bussijaam), located at Ringi 2. You can walk there in about 10 minutes from the main square (Raekoja Plats). At the bus station, look for buses heading to Tori or Kõpu. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Kõpu stop. Once you arrive at Kõpu, look for signs pointing towards Soomaa National Park, or ask locals for directions.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at one of the rental shops in Pärnu. Start from the city center and head towards the main road (Tallinna mnt) leading out of Pärnu. Follow the signs for Tori/Kõpu. It's about a 25 km ride, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. As you approach Kõpu, look for signs for Soomaa National Park, which is about 5 km from the town.
