Take the second exit, staying on Route 4 towards Kilingi-Nõmme. After another 10 kilometers, take the exit towards Kurese. Follow the signs for Kurese and continue for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Soontagana maalinn on your left. There is parking available near the site, but be aware of potential parking fees.

To reach Soontagana maalinn via public transport, start at the Pärnu bus station. Take a bus towards Kilingi-Nõmme. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kilingi-Nõmme, you might need to take a taxi, as public transportation options may be limited to reach Kurese directly. The taxi ride from Kilingi-Nõmme to Soontagana maalinn will take around 15 minutes and may cost approximately €10-€15. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip.

For those looking to cycle, starting from Pärnu, you can take the cycle paths south towards Audru. The route is approximately 20 kilometers and takes about 1-2 hours depending on your cycling speed.
