Start at the Rapla Train Station. Exit the station and head east on Tallinna Street until you reach the intersection with Vabaduse Street. Turn left on Vabaduse Street and continue straight for about 500 meters. You will then reach the main square of Rapla. From the square, take a right on Kohtu Street. Follow Kohtu Street, which will lead you through a small park. After about 300 meters, you will arrive at the Kohtuotsa viewing platform, located at Kohtu tn 12, 10130 Tallinn.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Rapla Train Station. Head east on Tallinna Street and take a left on Vabaduse Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the main square of Rapla. From there, turn right onto Kohtu Street. Follow this street for about 300 meters until you reach the Kohtuotsa viewing platform at Kohtu tn 12, 10130 Tallinn.

From Rapla, take a bus heading to Tallinn. Buses are available from the Rapla bus station. Once you arrive in Tallinn, exit the bus at the central bus station (Tallinna Bussijaam). From there, you can take tram number 4 towards Tondi and get off at the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. Walk straight ahead on Vabaduse Avenue, then turn left onto Kohtu Street. Follow Kohtu Street until you reach the Kohtuotsa viewing platform at Kohtu tn 12, 10130 Tallinn.
