Walking
From the center of Rapla, head east on Tallinna street towards the main square. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Rapla train station. Once there, take a train towards Tallinn. The train journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. After arriving at Tallinn's central station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop located just outside the station. Take Tram 2 towards 'Kadriorg'. Ride the tram for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Vabaduse väljak' stop. From there, walk south along Pikk jalg street for about 5 minutes until you reach Pika Jala Väravatorn at Pikk jalg 3.
Bus
From the main bus station in Rapla (located near the town center), take a bus heading towards Tallinn. The bus journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tallinn bus station, exit the bus and walk to the nearest tram stop. Take Tram 2 towards 'Kadriorg' and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at 'Vabaduse väljak' and walk south along Pikk jalg street for roughly 5 minutes to reach Pika Jala Väravatorn at Pikk jalg 3.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Rapla and head east on Tallinna street towards the main square. Follow the road signs towards Tallinn, which is about 25 km away. The route is mostly flat and can be a beautiful ride through the Estonian countryside. Upon reaching Tallinn, follow the signs towards the city center and Pikk jalg street. Once you arrive, lock your bike at a designated parking area and walk the last few minutes to Pika Jala Väravatorn at Pikk jalg 3.
