To reach Vilsandi National Park from Soomaa National Park by car, head west on Route 4 towards Pärnu. From Kuressaare, take the ferry from the port to Vilsandi Island. Note that the ferry runs on a schedule, so check the times before you head out. There is a fee for the ferry ride, typically around €10 per person. Once you arrive on Vilsandi Island, you can explore the park on foot.
