If you are in the city center, head to the nearest tram stop. The tram stop 'Tallinn, Hobujaama' is a good starting point. Take tram number 1 or 3 towards 'Kadriorg'. The journey will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kadriorg' stop. From there, walk towards A. Weizenbergi Street, and you will see the entrance to Kadriorg Park on your left.
