If you are in the Tallin Old Town, head towards the Toompea Hill, which is easily visible from various points in the city. Start at the Town Hall Square, located at Raekoja plats. From the square, walk east along Pühavaimu Street, which will lead you towards Toompea. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Toompea Street. Turn left onto Toompea Street and ascend the hill. You'll find several viewpoints along the way that offer stunning views of the city.

From the Tallinn Bus Station, take bus number 73 towards 'Tallinna Ülikool'. Get off at the 'Toompea' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk up the hill towards Toompea Castle, which is a prominent landmark. Follow the signs leading to the viewpoints and other attractions in the area.

If you are near the city center, head to the nearest tram stop. Take tram number 1 or 3 towards 'Kadriorg'. Get off at the 'Tallinna Raekoda' stop. From there, walk uphill towards Toompea, following the signs. The walk will take approximately 15 minutes and you will have the chance to enjoy the scenic views of Tallinn along the way.
