If you are starting from Tartu city center, you can use the local bus services. Take bus number 3 or 7 from the central bus station (Tartu Bussijaam) towards 'Ülikooli' stop. The bus ride should take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ülikooli stop, you will be a short 5-minute walk from the main building. Head straight down Ülikooli street; the University will be on your left. A single bus ticket costs around €1.50.
