If you are starting from the Tartu Town Hall, head east on Raekoja plats towards Rüütli street. Turn left onto Rüütli street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Narva mnt. Turn right onto Narva mnt and walk for about 15 minutes. Holmi Park will be on your left at Narva mnt 2.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Tartu Bus Station, take bus number 3 or 5 towards 'Tartu Ülikool'. Get off at the 'Narva mnt' stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes back towards the direction of the bus, and Holmi Park will be on your right at Narva mnt 2.

Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Head towards the Tartu River and follow the cycle path along the river until you reach the bridge at Magasini street. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Narva mnt. Turn left onto Narva mnt and Holmi Park will be on your left at Narva mnt 2.
