From the main building of Tartu University, head south toward the main square (Raekoja Plats). Once you reach the square, continue walking south on Rüütli Street until you reach the intersection with Jaani Street. Turn left onto Jaani Street. St. John Church will be on your left at Jaani 5, approximately a 15-minute walk from the university.

From Tartu University, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Ülikooli Street. Take bus number 6 or 8 heading toward 'Eedeni' or 'Koidula' respectively. Alight at the 'Tartu Ülikooli' stop, which is a short distance from Jaani Street. From there, walk down Jaani Street. St. John Church is located at Jaani 5, just a few minutes away on foot.

If you are driving, exit Tartu University and head south on Narva Road. Follow the signs toward the city center (Kesklinn). Turn right onto Rüütli Street, then take another right onto Jaani Street.
