Continue walking along Rüütli Street for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Pärnu Road. Turn right onto Pärnu Road and walk straight for approximately 400 meters. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Tartu River Promenade. Follow the promenade along the river, and after about 200 meters, you will see the Friedrich Georg Wilhelm Struve monument on your left, situated in a small park area.

If you prefer to use public transport, find the nearest bus stop. You can take bus number 4 or number 5 towards the 'Raatuse' station. Once you arrive at the Raatuse stop, exit the bus and head south towards the Tartu River.
