Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Viljandi city center. Head northwest on Tartu Street (Tartu mnt) towards the E263 highway. Merge onto E263 and follow the signs for Pärnu. After about 20 km, take exit 23 towards Kõrtsi-Tõramaa. Continue on this road for about 3 km until you reach RMK Soomaa rahvuspargi külastuskeskus, located on your right at Kõrtsi-Tõramaa, Tipu, 71280 Viljandi maakond. There is free parking available at the visitor center.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a bus from Viljandi Bus Station to the nearest stop to Soomaa. Check the local schedule for buses heading towards Pärnu and ensure to get off at the Kõrtsi-Tõramaa bus stop. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes depending on the schedule. From the bus stop, it is a short 1 km walk to the RMK Soomaa rahvuspargi külastuskeskus. Make sure to check the bus times for return trips as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
