From Mbabane, take MR3 south towards Manzini. Continue on MR3 until you reach the town of Mhlume. At Mhlume, turn onto MR8 and follow the signs to Mbuluzi Game Reserve. The reserve is located approximately 10 kilometers from Mhlume.

Take a minibus taxi from Mbabane to Manzini. From Manzini, transfer to a minibus taxi heading towards Mhlume. Once in Mhlume, you can either hire a local taxi or arrange for transportation with the lodge at Mbuluzi Game Reserve to take you the remaining distance.
