From the center of Malkerns, head northeast on M201 road towards Lobamba. Walk for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the junction near Esitjeni Primary School. Continue straight past the school for about 500 meters, and you will find the entrance to the Mlilwane Game Sanctuary on your right. Look for the signs indicating the sanctuary.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Malkerns. Start your journey by cycling northeast on the M201 road towards Lobamba. This route is about 2 kilometers long. Keep an eye out for the Esitjeni Primary School on your left. After passing the school, cycle for another 500 meters until you see the entrance to Mlilwane Game Sanctuary on your right-hand side. The ride should take you around 10-15 minutes.
