Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Arba Minch, head south towards the main road. When you reach the main road (also known as the Arba Minch-Chencha Road), turn left and follow this road for about 1 kilometer. Look for signs pointing towards Dorze or Chencha. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you reach a junction where you will see a sign for Dorze. Turn right at this junction and follow the path for approximately 2 kilometers. You’ll start to see signs for Dorze Eco Trekking as you approach the village of Dorze.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Arba Minch. Start at the center of Arba Minch and head south towards the main road. Once you reach the main road (Arba Minch-Chencha Road), turn left. Maintain a steady pace as you ride for about 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Dorze. At the junction where you see the Dorze sign, turn right. Continue cycling for about 2 kilometers, and you will arrive at Dorze Eco Trekking.

  • Public Transport (Bajaj/Minibus)

    Locate the minibus station in the center of Arba Minch. Look for a minibus or Bajaj heading towards Chencha. Board the vehicle and inform the driver that you are going to Dorze Eco Trekking. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Dorze stop or the nearest point to the village. From there, you can walk for about 10-15 minutes, following the signs to Dorze Eco Trekking.
