If you are starting from the center of Bahir Dar, head towards the main road, Gondar Road. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Bezawit Road. Turn left onto Bezawit Road. Continue walking for about 1 km; you will pass local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for signage indicating Blue Nile. The entrance is located at HCR5+5G4, Bezawit Rd, which is a nature preserve area.
Bicycle

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the main square in Bahir Dar. Ride north on Gondar Road until you reach the intersection with Bezawit Road, then turn left.
