You will pass a few local shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the Water Fall, the sound of the water will become more distinct. Follow the path that leads to the entrance of the park where the Water Fall is located.

If you prefer to rent a bicycle, start from the Debre Markos town center and follow the same route as if you were walking. Head south on Bishoftu Road for about 2 kilometers. At the junction, turn left and continue cycling for another 1.5 kilometers. The ride should take you through some beautiful scenery. Make sure to keep your bike on the path to avoid any obstacles. Once you reach the park entrance, you can lock your bike and walk the remaining distance to the Water Fall.
