From Mago National Park, head north on the main road towards the town of Jinka. Continue on this road for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the junction for the road leading to Babile. Turn left at the junction and follow the signposts towards Babile Elephant Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located about 30 kilometers from this junction. Be prepared for a mix of paved and unpaved roads, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. The drive should take around 1 hour.

To reach Babile Elephant Sanctuary using public transport, first, take a minibus from Jinka to the town of Babile. These minibuses leave regularly from Jinka's main bus station.
