Walking
From the center of Argir, head southwest towards the coast. Follow the pedestrian path along the waterfront, which offers beautiful views of the ocean. Continue walking along the water until you reach the junction with the main road, Yviri við Strond. Turn left onto Yviri við Strond and keep walking straight. After approximately 1.5 km, you will see Skansin on your right. It is marked by historical structures and a scenic viewpoint overlooking the harbor.
Bus
If you prefer public transport, you can take Bus Line 1 from the Argir bus stop. Board the bus heading towards Tórshavn. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop named Yviri við Strond. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards the coast, and Skansin will be directly ahead. Look for the historical buildings and the fortress.
