If you are driving a car on Eysturoy Island, head towards the town of Runavík, located on the eastern side of the island. From Runavík, take Route 10 (also known as the Eysturoy Road) heading south towards the town of Funnings, which is a scenic drive along the coast. Continue on Route 10 until you reach the area near the entrance of the Eysturoy Tunnel, which connects Eysturoy to the island of Streymoy. Look for the signs indicating the tunnel entrance. Note that there is a toll for using the tunnel, which you can pay at the entrance.
