Start at the Gøta church, located at Gøtugøta 18. From the church, head north on Gøtugøta, following it until you reach the intersection with Saksunarvegur. Turn left onto Saksunarvegur. Continue walking on Saksunarvegur for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by beautiful landscapes and local houses. As you approach Saksun, keep an eye out for the Dúvugarðar Museum & Café, which will be located on your right at 31 Saksunarvegur. The café is well-marked, and you can enjoy the scenic surroundings.
