Nólsoy: An Island Escape

Nólsoy, located east of Tórshavn, is a slender island that acts as a natural barrier, shielding the capital from the ocean's powerful waves. The island's only village, also named Nólsoy, is situated on the narrow Eiðinum isthmus, where storm waves occasionally crash across the land.
