After about 1 kilometer, you will see the village of Kirkjubøur in the distance. Continue walking straight until you reach the historical site of Kirkjubømúrurin, which is located just past the village center.

    Rent a bicycle in Hvalvík if available. Start by heading towards Route 59. Turn left onto Route 59 and ride for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for a sign indicating the left turn towards Kirkjubøur. Take the left turn and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and eventually arrive in the village of Kirkjubøur. Continue cycling straight to reach Kirkjubømúrurin, which is located at the edge of the village.
