Walking
Start at the center of Hvalvík, near the small harbor area. Head east towards the main road, Route 10. Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk along Route 10. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few small houses and scenic views of the fjord along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Strendur. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection where Route 10 merges with Route 11. Continue straight on Route 11. After another 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Snældan on your right, located at 6 Langanes. It is a clothing store, so you can expect a cozy entrance and friendly staff.
