Start from the center of Hvalvík, where you can find the local church (Hvalvík Church) as a reference point. From the church, head south towards the main road (Road 10). Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Road 1. Turn left onto Road 1 and continue walking. After approximately 2.5 kilometers, you will enter Tórshavn. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Gundadalsvegur. The National Gallery of The Faroe Islands will be on your right at number 9. The total walk is about 4 kilometers and should take around 50 minutes.
