Start at the center of Tórshavn, around the Town Hall area. Head north on the main road, Við Lítlu Bø. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road called Niels Finsens Gøta. Turn left onto Niels Finsens Gøta and walk until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Kvíggjargøta. Take a right onto Kvíggjargøta and follow it until you see the entrance to Gamli Kirkjugarður on your left.

If you are near the Tórshavn Marina, walk southeast toward the main road, Kvíggjargøta. From the marina, head towards the main road and turn left. Continue walking along Kvíggjargøta until you see the entrance to Gamli Kirkjugarður on your right. This route is approximately 15 minutes on foot.
