Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey in the village of Mikladalur, which is located on Kalsoy Island. From there, head south on the main road (Route 56) towards the village of Trøllanes. Continue along this scenic route for approximately 15 minutes until you reach a small parking area near the trailhead that leads to Sculture. Remember to park your car safely without obstructing any access roads.
Hiking
After parking your car, you will need to hike to Sculture. Follow the marked trail from the parking area, which will take you through beautiful landscapes. The hike is moderately challenging and should take around 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Keep an eye out for trail markers to stay on the correct path as you approach the location of Sculture.
Public Transportation
If you prefer to use public transportation, take the ferry from Tórshavn to Kalsoy Island. Upon arrival at the village of Syðradalur, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Mikladalur. From Mikladalur, follow the same instructions as if you were driving, heading south on Route 56 to the trailhead for Sculture. Please note that ferry costs apply, so check the schedule and prices ahead of time.
