Start your journey at the center of Klaksvik. Head southeast on Bøttan towards the main road, Norðdepil. After about 400 meters, turn left onto Norðdepil. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Brekkutún. Turn right onto Brekkutún, and after about 200 meters, you will find Tjóðsavnið (Faroe Islands National Museum) on your left at number 6 Brekkutún.

From the center of Klaksvik, locate the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 300 towards Tórshavn and get off at the stop named 'Hoyvík'. Once you’re off the bus, walk back towards the Brekkutún road.
