Öström is located at Skálatrøð 18 in Tórshavn, a short walk from the city center. From the Vaglið square, walk east towards the harbor. Continue along the harborfront, passing the Tórshavn Bus Terminal. Skálatrøð is a street that runs parallel to the harbor. Öström will be on your left. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes.
Public Transport
Tórshavn's red city buses (Bussleiðin) are free and provide access to most parts of the city. All lines converge at Steinatún square and most also at Á Hálsi, which make for easy transfers. Check the real-time map for the red city buses. From the bus stop closest to your location, ride the bus to Steinatún and walk east towards the harbor. Continue along the harborfront, passing the Tórshavn Bus Terminal. Skálatrøð is a street that runs parallel to the harbor. Öström will be on your left. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes.
Driving
If driving, navigate to Skálatrøð 18 in Tórshavn. Parking in Tórshavn is free, but there are time limits in the city center. Observe the blue parking signs to check the time restrictions. There are parking lots with 8-hour parking within a 4-minute walk. Display a parking disc showing your arrival time. Parking violations may result in a fine.
