Getting There

Walking
Start in the center of Runavík, near the Norröna ferry terminal. Head south towards the main road, taking the path along the coastline. Walk along the scenic route, enjoying views of the ocean. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Here, you will see signs directing you towards Tórshavn. Cross the road carefully and follow the signs leading to Tórshavn.

From Runavík, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the main road. Look for a bus heading towards Tórshavn. The journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to stop at the National Gallery of The Faroe Islands. Once you arrive in Tórshavn, follow the street signs to Gundadalsvegur, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
