Taxi
Taxis are readily available from Nadi International Airport to Denarau Island. The trip takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around $35 USD. Some taxis may offer a fixed price, so it's worth negotiating.
Public Transport
The Westbus, a public bus service, operates between Nadi and Denarau. From Nadi Airport, take a local bus to Nadi Bus Terminal, then transfer to the Westbus to Denarau. The total cost is around $1.20 EUR (FJD 3) per person. Note that cash is not accepted on buses; you'll need to purchase an eTransport card.
Bula Bus
Once on Denarau Island, the Bula Bus provides transportation between resorts and attractions. A full-day pass costs just over $10 FJD per adult, and children under 12 travel free with a paying adult. The bus operates from 7 am to 10:30 pm.
Parking
If driving to Port Denarau, be aware of parking fees. There is limited one-hour free parking around the outside of the car park. For longer stays, expect to pay around $3 FJD for 1-3 hours, with the price increasing to $25 FJD for a whole day. Some resorts offer complimentary parking for guests.
