A boat ride from the coast to Moon Reef typically takes around 15-20 minutes. These tours often include snorkeling gear and lunch. Expect to pay around FJD 50-80 for a local boat from Silana to Moon Reef.

Public Transport
If starting from Suva, take a bus to Natovi Landing with Patterson Brothers Shipping. From Natovi Landing, take a ferry to Levuka on Ovalau Island. Once in Levuka, hire a taxi to Silana, which is about a 30-minute drive costing around FJD 30. From Silana, you'll need to hire a local boat to take you to Moon Reef, costing approximately FJD 50-80. The bus and ferry from Suva to Levuka is around FJD 35.
