Aqua-Trek Beqa Dive Center is your gateway to exploring the underwater wonders of Beqa Lagoon, famous for its shark encounters and colorful coral reefs. Situated within the grounds of The Pearl South Pacific Resort in Pacific Harbour, the dive center provides easy access to some of the South Pacific's best dive sites.Beqa Lagoon is a protected marine park teeming with diverse marine life, including up to eight species of sharks. Divers can witness blacktip reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, grey reef sharks, silvertip sharks, tawny nurse sharks, sicklefin lemon sharks, bull sharks, and even the elusive tiger shark. Besides sharks, the lagoon boasts over 400 species of fish, giant groupers, Maori wrasse, eagle rays, and more. Aqua-Trek has been instrumental in protecting the local shark population, working with the Fiji Government to declare the reefs and surrounding areas as Marine Protected Areas.Aqua-Trek offers a range of diving experiences, from the world-famous 'Bistro' shark dive to exploring the soft coral gardens at sites like Pearl Rock and Fantasy 1 & 2. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, Aqua-Trek provides courses and dives suitable for all skill levels.
