From Nadi Town, head east along the main road (Queen's Road), then turn left onto Ratu Dovi Road. Upstream SL is located at 6C28+GMH Nadi River, Nadi, and will be on your right-hand side. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.

To reach Upstream SL using public transport, take a local bus from Nadi Town. The main bus station is located behind Nadi Market. Board a bus heading towards the Nadi River area. Once near the park, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Upstream SL. Bus fare is approximately FJ$2.
