Boat

The final approach to Nananu-i-Ra involves a boat transfer from Ellington Wharf near Rakiraki on Viti Levu. Most resorts on the island offer their own boat transfers, which should be arranged in advance. The boat ride takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport

To reach Ellington Wharf from Nadi International Airport, take a bus to Ba, then another bus to Ellington. From Suva, take a bus to Rakiraki. Bus fares range from FJ$5-FJ$30 depending on the distance. From Ellington Wharf, arrange a boat transfer to Nananu-i-Ra with your accommodation. The boat transfer is approximately $40 per person for the return trip.
