To reach the Watermill Ruins via public transport, take a train to Espoo. From the Espoo Railway Station, transfer to bus number 185 or 195 towards Nuuksio National Park. Get off at the 'Nuuksion Pääportti' (Nuuksio Main Gate) stop. From there, it's a 30-minute walk to the Watermill Ruins following the marked trails. Walking
From Matinkylä Metro Station, head north on Matinkyläntie. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Alamyllyntie. Turn left onto Alamyllyntie and walk for approximately 300 meters. The Watermill Ruins will be on your right at Alamyllyntie 2.
Car
If driving, head towards Nuuksio National Park and navigate to Alamyllyntie 2, 02740 Espoo. From the main entrance of the park, follow the signs towards the Watermill Ruins. Parking is available near the site. Using a GPS device or navigation app is advisable due to the expansive nature of the park. Parking costs are variable but expect to pay around €1-2 per hour.
