    From Helsinki Central Station, walk to the nearby Rautatientori tram stop. Take tram number 4 or 10 towards 'Kumpula' or 'Katajanokka' respectively. Ride for 3 stops and get off at 'Helsingin yliopisto' (University of Helsinki). From there, walk south along Fabianinkatu until you reach Aleksanterinkatu. Turn left and walk until you arrive at Pohjoisesplanadi. Continue straight until you reach Mannerheimintie. Cross the street, and you will find the Stone Ball Stairs near the entrance of Esplanadi Park. A single ticket costs approximately €3.20.
