Getting There

  • Public Transport

    HAM is easily accessible via Helsinki's efficient public transportation system. The closest metro station is Kamppi, a short walk from the Tennis Palace. Tram lines 1, 4, and 10 stop in front of the Natural History Museum, while tram lines 7 and 9 stop at Kampintori. Several bus lines also stop near the Tennis Palace and in the Kamppi Shopping Centre. A single AB zone ticket, valid for 80 minutes, costs €3.20.

    From Helsinki Central Station, HAM is approximately a 500-meter walk. Head west on Kaivokatu, then turn left onto Mannerheimintie. Turn left onto Eteläinen Rautatiekatu, where you'll find the Tennis Palace on your right. This walk takes about 7-10 minutes.

  • Taxi/Ride-share

    Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in Helsinki. A short taxi ride from the city center to HAM will typically cost between €10-€15. Be sure to specify 'Tennispalatsi' as your destination.

  • Parking

    If arriving by car, parking is available on Eteläinen Rautatienkatu, subject to a fee. Alternatively, parking halls are connected to the Kamppi Shopping Centre, accessible via Olavinkatu (P-Kamppi) or Simonkatu, Jaakonkatu and Ruoholahdenkatu (P-CityForum). Parking rates in the city center are approximately €4 per hour.
