From the Helsinki Central Station, take tram number 4 or 6 towards the direction of the Hermanni area. After about 5-7 minutes, get off at the 'Kaisaniemi' stop. From there, head south on Kaisaniemenkatu street until you reach the intersection with Katariinankatu. Turn left onto Katariinankatu and continue walking for about 200 meters. Tsarina's Stone will be on your left.

Once you reach the Market Square, continue along the waterfront until you see the street Katariinankatu. Turn left onto Katariinankatu and walk for about 5 minutes. From the Helsinki Central Station, take bus number 16 towards 'Vuosaari' and get off at 'Katajanokka' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on the street 'Katajanokanlaituri' until you reach the intersection with 'Katariinankatu'.
