The Jyväskylä Art Museum is located on Kauppakatu 23, in the city center, across from Kirkkopuisto park. From the Kompassinaukio square, it's a short 3-minute walk. Simply head east on Kauppakatu. The museum will be on your right.

The Jyväskylä Art Museum can be reached by local bus. The closest bus stops are 'Museo 2' on Hannikaisenkatu and 'Yliopisto 1' on Keskussairaalantie. From either stop, it is a short walk to Kauppakatu 23. A single ticket costs €4.00 when purchased with cash from the driver, or €2.70 with a debit/credit card or via the Linkki mobile app.

For those arriving by car, disabled parking is available at Kauppakatu 23, in front of the art museum. Paid parking is available nearby at Alvar Aallon katu 9. Disc parking is available at the corner of Kramsunkatu and Keskussairaalantie (Kramsunkatu 10). Parking disc must be displayed. Multi-story car parks are available in the city center for longer stays.
