From the center of Kuusamo, take Route 5 (E75) towards Ruka and continue for about 15 kilometers. Turn right onto Liikasenvaarantie road. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Kiutaköngäs. The scenic spot will be on your left, and parking is available nearby.
