Car
If driving from Helsinki, take Route 12 towards Kouvola/Lahti. Continue on Route 12 until you reach Iitti. From the center of Iitti, head south towards Heinola. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers. As you approach Kausala, look for signs directing you to Kymijoki. Parking may be limited, so look for designated parking areas along the river. There are no tolls on this route.
