If you are starting from Lahti city center, head to the Lahti bus station located at Kauppakatu 4. Look for bus lines 1, 2, or 3 that head towards Salpausselänkatu. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or the bus driver. After boarding, stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and disembark at the 'Salpausselänkatu' stop, which is near Lahti Stadium. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards the stadium; it will be visible from the stop.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Lahti city center, you can walk to Lahti Stadium. Start from the Lahti Market Square, which is a central point. Head east on Aleksanterinkatu, then turn left onto Salpausselänkatu. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. Lahti Stadium will be on your left at Salpausselänkatu 8. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
